The Water Yoga class is taught in the 35° (95 °F) warm water pool. The weightlessness and flow that you experience practicing Yoga in water will allow you to find a new sense of softness and fluidity in your body. Poses that require a great amount of strength and balance on land will become easy and graceful when you practice them in the water. The stretches in warm water will also help you to open your tissues in a gentle way.
Water Healing Workshop fee: 100K/80K for KITAS holders or locals.
Please bring your swimwear, Towel will be provided at Udara
When joining this class, you will get the full Spa facilities pass to enjoy sauna, steam bath, warm and cold pools after the water yoga for additional 100K (instead of 150K).
Stay Safe & Healthy:
– Get your body temperature checked upon entry. A staff member will check it using a thermal scanner at the hotel lobby. If your temperature is higher than normal, or if you have flu-like symptoms, we ask you to rest at home.
– Always wash your hands and use hand sanitizer.
