Tourists who visit the Uluwatu tourist object in Bali must take the free GeNose test. Badung Regency Government installed a GeNose test kit in the area outside Uluwatu Temple in Pecatu, South Kuta.
“Uluwatu tourism is the first tourist destination in Bali to have GeNose facilities,” said the Head of the Pecatu Traditional Village, I Made Sumerta, Friday (14/5/2021).
He explained that checking with GeNose is free for tourists. This is a guarantee that Bali tourism will be opened to foreign tourists.
According to him, the installation of the GeNose screening tool is an example for other tourist areas in Badung. Similar test kits will also be installed in several tourist areas in Badung, including the seaside culinary areas in Jimbaran and Kedonganan.
In addition to installing the GeNose tool, the Badung Regency Government will also implement non-cash payments in all tourist attractions in Badung to reduce the potential for the spread of Covid-19.
