The Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) deported a foreign national, Christopher Kyle Marin who allegedly initiated an orgasm class activity in Bali which had been planned to be held on May 8, 2021.
Head of Sub Division of Public Relations of the Bali Province Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, I Putu Surya Dharma, said that Christopher was deported because he was deemed to have disrespected Balinese customs and culture.
“The deportation of Christopher Kyle Marin will be held today, Sunday, May 9, 2021, at 15:20,” Putu said in a written statement.
Christopher is a Canadian citizen who had a residence permit in Indonesia.
According to him, Christopher violated the provisions in Article 75 paragraph (1) of Law Number 6 the Year 2011 concerning Immigration.
