Bali immigration officers deported a Czech citizen named Jiri Hruska (35), on Thursday (25/3).
This foreigner was deported for committing an administrative violation by working in the marketing management section of Selang Resort, as well as a representative of the Czech AquaTravel travel agency in Indonesia. However, his residence permit was a visit permit.
“The person concerned is subject to immigration administrative action in the form of deportation and deterrence, because he has committed immigration violations in accordance with Article 75 paragraph (1) of Law No. 6 of 2011 on Immigration,” said the Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Bali Jamaruli Manihuruk.
The foreigner was deported on Thursday (25/3) at around 12:15 a.m. The operation was carried out by the Immigration Intelligence and Enforcement Team (Inteldakim) Class II TPI Singaraja Immigration Office, Buleleng Regency, Bali.
Then he departed through Soekarno-Hatta International Airport with Fly Emirates flight EK 359 as the final destination of Ruzyne Airport, Prague, Czech.
“It is hoped that this immigration administrative action will serve as a concrete form of immigration law enforcement in the working area of the TPI Singaraja Class II Immigration Office,” said Jamaruli.
