A foreign national from Czech, Vladimira Zackova (30) was deported by the Immigration Office for violating his residence permit.
She turned out to work as a diving instructor in the Tulamben area, Karangasem Regency, Bali.
“She went to Indonesia with a stay permit for visiting, but she carried out activities as a freelance diving instructor in Tulamben, Karangasem, which was not in accordance with his residence permit,” said the Head of the Bali Ministry of Law and Human Rights Regional Office Jamaruli Manihuruk in Denpasar, Sunday (21/3/2021).
Jamaruli said Vladimira Zackova has a B211A visit residence permit, which was valid until March 20, 2021. He said that the incompatibility of the use of a visit residence permit with her work in Bali had made Vladimira subject to an immigration administrative action in the form of deportation.
This citizen of Czech origin is also included in the list of deterrence because he has committed an immigration violation following Article 75 paragraph (1) of Law No. 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration.
