George Clooney and Julia Roberts said they would star in the film Ticket To Paradise.
The romantic comedy film is planned to be produced at the end of this year and the filming process will be carried out in Bali.
“Ticket To Paradise” will be directed by Ol Parker, who has worked on the film Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again in 2018.
Clooney and Roberts will play a divorced couple who travels to Bali to stop their daughter from getting married.
The two Hollywood stars have clashed roles in several films, including Ocean’s Eleven (2001), Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (2002), and Ocean’s Twelve (2004).
Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner are said to be producers in the production of this film, along with Sarah Harvey and Deborah Balderstone.
Senior Executive Vice President of Production Erik Baiers and Director of Development Lexi Barta will oversee the project under Universal Pictures.
Clooney recently starred in the film “The Midnight Sky” which was shown on the streaming service Netflix. Meanwhile, Roberts is present in the Amazone “Homecoming” series, and soon she will play Martha Mitchell in the TV series “Gaslit”.
Clooney and Julia also starred in Jodie Foster’s film Money Monster in 2016.
This film produced by Tristar Pictures tells the story of a television host, Money Monster. The program specifically addresses the development of corporate stocks on Wall Street.
